Robinson Building Corp. began building homes in the Manhattan area in the fall of 2005 with the first house constructed in the Timber Creek Subdivision. With the successful sale and completion of 6129 Brooke’s Way, founder and President, Terry Robinson, made the final decision to bring his more than 25 years of building experience permanently to the community. Robinson Building Corp. was one of four builders in the wildly popular Wildcat Woods Subdivision, building 30 of the 88 homes developed in that east Manhattan neighborhood. Moving to the west side of Manhattan in the fall of 2009, RBC became a staple builder in the Lee Mill Heights Subdivision, building 8 $250K plus homes in the next two years. With the completion of Wildcat Woods RBC is now the primary builder in Nelson’s Ridge Subdivision. This east Manhattan subdivision now contains 5 new homes in the $200K to $250K range with more to start in the spring. In the little more than 6 years of building in the Manhattan community RBC has completed 52 new homes and there will be many more to come.
